First of all: thank you for visiting my personal blog. The posts on this blog

After a year of silence, I’m picking up my virtual pencil again! Welcome to my new blog ‘Cloud Matters’ which is primarily dedicated to to Salesforce & the Intelligent Customer Success Platform.

Well, who’s blogging? I’m a Salesforce Technical Architect, member of the Salesforce Customer Success Group #Ohana in the Netherlands, part of the Strategic Projects team for Northern Europe.

Though I’m relatively green to the platform, with legacy heritage – I’ve quickly fallen in love with Salesforce, the organization, its huge ecosystem and not to miss – the amazing platform!
